Quick and easy booking process
Booking my travel was so easy on this website. Kevin, the staff, was super helpful and just really nice to talk to. This was my third time using their site, and I've never been let down. The prices were good, and I got all the info I needed right away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Climbing shoes
I just bought a pair of climbing shoes from this company and sadly, they came in all banged up. I reached out to customer service right away, sending them pics of the damage, but they weren't much help. They kept saying I had to foot the bill for return shipping even though the shoes were clearly messed up. Their lack of responsibility and not wanting to make things right was really annoying and upsetting. I'd recommend folks looking at their stuff to maybe shop elsewhere where they treat customers better.
