First-time user experience
I wasn't so sure about trying out the service at first because I saw some bad reviews, but I ended up giving it a chance. And you know what? It actually went really well! The shipping cost was fair and didn't have any surprises, which was a nice change from other places that jack up the prices. They even put my package in an extra box to make sure it got to me in one piece. All in all, it was a great experience.
