I had a really great time shopping online for outdoor gear. The website was super easy to use, and I was able to find exactly what I needed. Getting that extra 10% off for signing up for emails and getting free shipping was a nice surprise. The customer service was amazing, they were really helpful and supportive when FedEx messed up my delivery. Thankfully, after reaching out to customer service, FedEx finally got things sorted out and delivered my package quickly. I am really pleased with how everything turned out!
