The music production software can be awesome for making tunes, but there are a bunch of problems that get in the way. The interface is easy to use and has cool features to help you be more creative. But the fact that there's no customer support or a feedback option really sucks for people who paid for it. It makes it hard to figure out issues and makes customers feel disappointed.
