Moccasins ordered
I got these moccasins online from the company's website back on August 15th, but I haven't gotten any emails confirming my order or telling me when they'll ship out. Even though PayPal let me know they took my payment. Also, I realized the seller listed on PayPal wasn't the company I thought I bought from - so confusing! I tried reaching out to the email PayPal gave me and the company's service center on August 23rd for more info, but it's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. I really hope those shoes show up soon, or else I might have to dispute the payment through PayPal. This whole thing has been really disappointing, and I probably won't be buying from them again in the future.

In-person visit at a physical store
During my recent trip to Liberty Village, I met this super helpful customer service rep. They really knew their stuff and took the time to listen to what I was looking for before suggesting the perfect product. I felt good about my decision thanks to their expertise. I had a great time and definitely would tell others to check them out.
