    A tunic and a dress

    I bought a tunic and a dress in May 2021 and I paid the amount they gave in FULL through PayPal. The dress didn’t look good , so I returned it. So, I thought it was all settle. A month later I received a letter stating that I owe them $29.99 and they tried to charge on PayPal but was declined. If I don’t pay the amount , they will send me to the Debt Collection Agency. I didn’t understand once I paid in full, so I called them to explain why they were charging $29.99. Customer Service didn’t know how to answer me and would ask the Financial Department to contact me. Then I sent them an email. That was on July 2nd. No answer! I called back on July 30th and customer service said again the financial department would contact me and they didn’t know anything. I sent an email also. I called 3 times on August 7th and wasn’t able to talk to them. I also sent a email with the photos of my phone calls from my cell phone history. I got an email from them 2 days ago asking me to give my credit card number once they couldn’t charge on PayPal.
    No explanation why they are charging me the $29.99.
    Os this company legit? Why they don’t explain it to me. Didn’t I paid in full what they charge me for?
