Impressive customer service
I have to tell you, I messed up my order and thought I got the wrong thing. I called to complain, feeling so frustrated, but the guy on the phone was super nice and understanding. He said he'd check it out and even gave me 10% off as a sorry for the mix-up. I was surprised by how good the customer service was, so I ended up buying something way more expensive than what I originally planned. They really impressed me with how they handled everything and went above and beyond to fix it. I would totally recommend LUX LAIR to anyone who wants top-notch customer service.
