This company's "good reputation" online can't be for real. They have completely failed to fill an order costing over two hundred dollars. They cancelled the order rather than fill it and did not inform me. Much, much later (weeks) I complained. Rather than respond to complaints that the order had not shipped, I received a request for a copy of my energy bill. Why did they need that? No idea! They received it and proceeded to ship to me a small bottle of lubricant and none of the high cost electric devices I ordered from them. Just a small box with the lubricant and for them, the story ended. You'd be a fool to order from them. They do not care; their customer service response is poor. Their work ethic and desire to fill the orders for which they charge high prices is Zero. I'm hurt and offended by this horrible misbehavior.
