I have a subscription box delivered every two months. I have only had a problem one time. One of the items was a 5lb package of 80/20 ground beef and I was sent a 1lb package instead. I contacted customer service via their online chat portal. I emailed them a copy of the packing invoice and a picture of the ground beef package with the weight clearly visible. I was promptly sent a 5lb package of ground beef with an apology letter. I have never had a problem with the quality of their product. I have seen some customer complaints about product weight and would like to point out that they have a disclaimer that all weights are approximate and that you will be charged by actual weight.
