HR software
As a business decision maker, I was really let down by the lack of help and the confusing reports from this HR software. They said it would make our HR tasks easier and keep us following the rules, but it really didn't come through on either front. For a whole year, dealing with this software felt like a waste of time, with a bunch of newbies trying to handle our business needs. The demo they showed me wasn't real - it made it seem like this software would simplify things, but it just ended up making us more annoyed.
