Wireless headset transmitter replacement
As a customer of the company, I just have to say how impressed I was with the great service I got when I had a problem with my wireless headset transmitter. When I reached out to customer service and told them what was going on, I explained what I had tried already. The service tech, Rex, got back to me right away with some questions by email and then sent out a replacement transmitter super quickly. I liked getting those emails confirming the shipment, it made the whole warranty process go really smoothly. All in all, it was a fantastic customer experience that really showed me they care about giving the best service.
