Thermostat purchase
I recently bought a thermostat and I have to say, I'm pretty bummed about the lack of info it gives me about its settings and stuff. I noticed that the temperature limit got changed without me knowing, which ended up causing my oil usage to go up. I had to call my HVAC company for help to disconnect the internet connection and fix the settings. The display and user manual weren't very helpful in showing me how to work through the menu options, so it was tough to make changes on my own. The whole situation was frustrating and a hassle, thanks to the lack of transparency and user-friendly design of the thermostat.

Passed exam with Certblaster
Certblaster really came in clutch for me on my exam, but I just wish they had more practice exams at a better price. The course info was solid, but I can't help but feel like I didn't get the most bang for my buck. Some other places out there offer way more practice exams for way less cash, so Certblaster might wanna think about stepping up their game for us customers.

Weight loss progress
The program is really awesome and user-friendly. I enjoy keeping track of what I eat and my weight. It can be a bit of a hassle to log my exercise because I have to switch back and forth between apps. I wish there was a "Food Lookup" feature. Despite that, I'm making progress - I've lost 10 pounds in just 8 weeks and I'm eating much healthier!

Costume online order
I was totally pumped to snag this super cool costume online and then just pick it up at the store. But then they totally pulled the rug out from under me and CANCELED my order! I mean, seriously?! To make matters worse, I found out via email AFTER I placed the order. How rude is that?! And on top of that, they didn't even refund my money right away. I had to waste time calling them and waiting, but still no refund in sight. Such a bummer, Spirit Halloween, not cool at all!

Shampoo and Conditioner for curly hair
I've got thick, curly hair and it's always been a challenge finding products that actually work for me. I've tested out a bunch of brands, but none of them have matched up to the amazing results I've seen with this shampoo and conditioner. The formula is just right for my hair - it keeps my curls looking great and moisturized without making them feel heavy. The only problem is that I seem to run out of the conditioner way quicker than the shampoo, so I really wish they offered a bigger size.
