Forced review
I had a pretty frustrating experience with this company. The app wouldn't let me close the Write a Review pop-up unless I changed my star rating to a higher one. And now I can't get rid of the written review pop-up until I fill it out, which feels like they're forcing me to do it. This kind of marketing tactic doesn't really motivate customers to give genuine and honest reviews. It's kind of disappointing to feel like I'm being pushed to give a higher rating just to stop those annoying pop-ups.

Holiday card purchase
My experience with this company totally sucked. I ordered some holiday cards and paid extra to get them delivered by a certain date, but they ended up being late. It was a real pain and letdown. When I contacted customer service, they didn't seem to care and didn't offer any way to make up for the delay.

Annual subscription
I just bought a yearly subscription but wanted to cancel it before getting charged for another year in March. Turns out, though, my subscription was set to end a month earlier than I thought, so I felt like I was getting ripped off. I tried to get in touch for some help, but I couldn't find a phone number or a good email address for the company.
