Wine bottle quality issue
I just wanted to share that I got a wine bottle that was totally ruined. I wasn't really trying to get my money back or anything, just wanted to give them a heads up in case there was a bigger problem with that batch or year. Their customer service peeps got back to me super fast, said they were looking into it, and sweetened the deal by tossing some reward points my way to make up for the spoiled bottle. They really came through with awesome service, and for that, I'm grateful.

My experience with the software was frustrating
The software just had so many problems that it was driving us crazy! It kept causing delays, losing us sales, and cutting into our commissions. And don't even get me started on customer service - they were absolutely no help at all.
