Daughter's holiday ring
I am really upset about what happened with this company. I bought a ring for my daughter way back in November for the holidays, but it never showed up. They kept saying it was on its way for weeks, and when I asked for a refund, they just ignored me and sent another ring that also won't make it on time. It's so frustrating how they haven't been keeping in touch or following up properly. I won't be buying from them again.

I was so happy with how fast my order got here! It actually came sooner than I thought, which was awesome. Everything was all packed up nice and tight, showing me they really care. And the little extras they threw in for free were a sweet surprise that made me feel valued. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and will for sure be buying from here again.
