I ran into a little problem trying to get the discount at first, but the customer service folks were on it right away and got it sorted out for me. So now I was able to go ahead and place my order with the discount. I can't wait to try out the product! It's obvious that this company really cares about their customers and believes in their products. I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with how fast and helpful they were in fixing the issue.

Their customer service is top-notch, they respond super quickly and I had no issues with my order. Shipping to the UK only took 13 days, which is pretty good compared to other Asian beauty stores. The products came in secure packaging, were reasonably priced, and even came with some cute free gifts. I bought the Cheeryep glitter palette and a Choiz beauty palette, and both had stunning, vibrant colors and gorgeous packaging.
