These filters are amazing. I've tried filters from a bunch of places, but none of them are as good as the ones I found here. Recent order experience
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm really disappointed with the customer service lately. They used to really care about making customers happy and supporting local farms. But my recent experience was a letdown. I was actually out of the country when I tried to cancel my order, and they still delivered it and expected me to figure out what to do with the meat. That lack of communication and consideration for customers is just not right.
