Upgrade to hidden version
I recently bought the upgrade to the hidden version of the product, but I didn't get the link right away, which was super annoying because I really needed to use those hidden features ASAP. I asked for a refund but was bummed out to find out customer service wasn't available online in the evenings when I made the purchase. After waiting for 2 whole days, I finally got an email with the full version, but the whole thing took over a week and so many emails to finally get it sorted out. Dealing with the lack of communication and slow replies from customer service was really frustrating.

Avenova's prescription eyelid and eyelash cleanser has really helped me with my dry eye syndrome. I've had a tough time dealing with discomfort and irritation, but this product has made a big difference for me. It's been easy to use every day, and I definitely suggest giving Avenova a try if you're dealing with eye problems like mine.
