T-shirt purchase, Account creation
I didn't even know I had to make an account when I bought a t-shirt from this site. It was annoying getting signed up without even being asked. And then, I had trouble logging in, which just made it all worse. But when I contacted customer service for help, they got back to me quickly and fixed everything up. I really appreciated their fast and good help. Besides that whole account mess-up, everything else about buying and shipping the shirt went pretty smoothly.

Smelled better, cat happier, easy to understand color chart, felt safe about cat's health, less tracking dust & litter
I really love this litter! It has made such a difference in my home - no more bad smells and my cat is much happier. I'm also happier because there is a lot less dust and litter getting dragged around the house. The color chart is really easy to follow, which gives me peace of mind about my cat's health. Even though my cat is already toilet-trained, I would still choose this litter any day! I definitely recommend it 100%!

Outdoor Playset
I bought this outdoor playset and it's really awesome. The quality is good and all the pieces are labeled nicely so I can easily tell them apart. The instructions that came with it were super helpful, especially since the ones I found online were totally wrong. It took some time to put together, but it was worth it because now I have a cool playset in my backyard to hang out on.
