iPhone 12pro max case clips issue
The clips that connect the strap to my iPhone 12 Pro Max case from this company are not great. They keep coming off and my phone has fallen a few times because of it. I lost the small metal clips, and when I tried to get replacements, I was told the warranty had expired. I had to resort to using makeshift clips made of wire or paper clips, and it doesn't look good at all. The case is not very sturdy, and I'm not happy with how well it's made.
