Ultrasonic cleaner
I bought a machine back in January and within a few weeks it started coming apart. I've been going back and forth with customer service for A MONTH. They told me my machine had a one year warranty. But then they offered to pay for 60% of the repair costs if I could repair it locally. When I refused they asked for my "mercy" and if I could please accept a 40% refund. What is wrong with this company?! Avoid the headache, buy somewhere else.
