Bad experience with customer service
I had a really bad experience with the customer service. They didn't pick up the phone, and when I sent them an email, they didn't give me the right answers to my questions. It's super frustrating as a customer when it seems like they're not taking my questions about the products seriously. I reached out again on 5/24 with my questions, but I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK from them at all. I'm honestly surprised that their customer service has gotten so bad, especially since I had a good experience with their product delivery in the past. It feels like they're not interested in getting new orders from customers. If a real person could just give me a call and address my concerns before I make a purchase, that would be great. If not, I'll just take my business elsewhere.
