Cake order
The ordering process went pretty smoothly, but the cake I got wasn't quite what I was hoping for. However, the customer service team was really something else! They handled my problem super fast and really went out of their way to fix things up. I was seriously impressed by how much they cared and how hard they worked to make sure I was happy. Even though there was a little bump in the road at first, I would absolutely order from them again because their service was top-notch.
