Poor quality and worse service.
I have over 35 emails trying to get even a partial refund + 100% refund for item never received. Throughout the communications, they never once acknowledged that they did not ship that item. Yet they never corrected the amount charged to my card. You will not want to return anything b/c you will be required to pay import fees to China. But it took over 15 emails for them to even give me a return shipping address.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR $$$!!!I bought 2 pairs shoes and jacket for my husband,
It took 8 weeks to arrive.my husband is size XL they
send me boy size 10-12 and shoes size showing 8 but it’s really a 5, they ask me to return it on my cast which is more then product.I had ti put this in value village bin because they were not worth gifting to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THESE SCAMMERS.I sent one email about 4 out of 6 shirts and 1 jacket not fitting. Over a week later with no reply I went to send another email and was told my email had been blocked. I always research online companies but for some reason this particular day I ordered I didn’t check their reviews. Big Mistake. I hope I don’t continue to get the run around because I don’t like throwing my money away. They have sent tons of emails with new offers they have and also every time I try to just send a notice through their sight the Captiva part never works. I have done it and had a friend to also and knowing you have it correct but it not let you through. Has anyone had any better luck with this company ? Thanks for your input !
Horrible...Placed an order, not able to track it. Their tracking option doesn't work. Calling my credit card to dispute the charge. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Never again
These Chinese companies should be ban from selling online. I had really bad experience with/ companies, they take your visa number then forget about you. You really have to bug them almost everyday. They’re the biggest scammers on this earth. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR VISA NUMBER, YOU WILL BE SORRY. They have bad products cheap material wrong sizing nothing is right, they don’t retire exchange. ????????????????????????☠️????
