Hard to see how an order that completely failed - can still get a 4 out of 10.
I Ordered an item that never came. No one contacted me that it would not come for "possibly" 6 weeks - that's after 2 weeks already went by - and I contacted them - and waited 4 more days to finally get a refund. Ordering is easy. I had to use the customer chat box to find the problem. The live chat lady was nice and efficient. So the '4' is all for her.
