Return label assistance
I was having a hard time trying to get a return label for something I bought on a big online marketplace site. I tried four times and their customer service wasn't helping at all, so I was pretty annoyed. Luckily, I found Ariel, a VIP Outlet User Experience Specialist, who really came through for me. She saw what was going on, listened to me, and helped me send the item back to the seller without any problems. I really appreciate how she knew what she was doing and got everything sorted out quickly.
