Organic cotton mattress
My experience with the organic cotton mattress from this store was a total nightmare. Despite the good reviews on their website, the actual product was a shock. The mattress had a strong, terrible smell that was like a barnyard. The smell stuck around even after airing out the mattress for weeks, so I couldn't even sleep on it. I had to use a makeshift bed for a whole month because the smell was so intense in my small studio apartment. When I asked for a refund, they only offered store credit or half credit with a donation receipt. But with the smell being so bad, I couldn't donate it and couldn't afford to spend more money for a return. I ended up having to get rid of the mattress myself, which was a waste of money and time. Now I'm trying to dispute the charge with my bank because I feel like I got scammed. It's worth mentioning that my experience lines up with others who left negative reviews on the company's website and the Better Business Bureau.
