Quick delivery mishap
I ordered something for next day delivery, but it got sent to the wrong place. The customer service folks really went the extra mile to fix it and made sure I got a replacement by noon the same day. I was really impressed by how much they cared about making sure I was happy.

Outdoor chimes purchase
I just bought some wind chimes online. I thought they were great, but when they arrived, I realized they didn't work with my doorbell. I had to send them back on my own dime, which was a bummer. It would've been nice if the website had more details on which doorbells go with their chimes. It could have saved me some trouble and money.
