Order cancellation, partial refund
I gotta say, my experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. I placed an order, only to have it rejected without any heads up about the stuff being out of stock. And to make matters worse, they only gave me a partial refund, leaving me shortchanged. I've been trying to reach out to customer service by phone, but it seems like the line is dead. It's worth mentioning that other folks have had a similar bad time with a site called UK Soccer Shop, which seems to be linked to this company.

Quick and easy online lab ordering
I really love how I can easily order my labs online and go to different places for blood draws, even in the evening. The fact that I can get my results back within 2 days is a big reason why this is always my first choice for all my testing needs.
