Eyelash serum purchase
I recently bought an eyelash serum from this company and it was a really bad experience. The website was confusing and I didn't get any confirmation or tracking number after ordering. I thought my order didn't go through, so I accidentally placed two more orders. The next day, I got the first product which was confusing and frustrating. I couldn't cancel the extra orders on the website and the tracking numbers didn't work for returns. Even after sending many emails, I only got automated responses with no help. I might have to take legal action since I should be able to return the product if I'm not happy with it. I'm super disappointed and feel like I wasted a lot of money on an eyelash serum that hasn't done anything even after two weeks.
