Necklace purchase
I recently purchased this necklace and I really wish I had checked out the reviews beforehand because it turned out to be a total waste of money. The quality definitely did not match the price tag. And to make matters worse, they tack on a £3 handling fee if you want a refund! I mean, seriously? That's just not right. You do get a full refund if you opt for store credit instead, but who wants that? I'm definitely kicking myself for buying this necklace.
