First international order
My experience with DOKODEMO was a bit of a rollercoaster. The good stuff first - my package got to France surprisingly fast, only took 18 days. Everything was packed nicely, and getting a refund when I had to cancel was a breeze. Plus, the prices were super low, and being able to see shipping costs for each item separately saved me from customs headaches. But there were some downsides that make me think twice about ordering again. The website wasn't great for mobile, tracking wasn't available on phones. No live chat support was a bummer, and they didn't warn me about customs fees. Plus, paying was a pain - my credit card didn't work, ended up using PayPal. So yeah, despite the tempting prices, the lack of support and reliability make me unsure about ordering again.
