Online ticket purchase experience
I bought a plane ticket on a travel website for a flight from Valencia to Istanbul. After I finished paying and got the ticket by email, I tried to check it but it wasn't real. It was really upsetting and annoying because I had already made plans and appointments counting on that ticket.
