Pet insurance claim
I've been a customer with this company for a while now, and recently I had to file a pet insurance claim for my furry buddy. I made sure to send in all the required paperwork right away, even getting records from different vets. I've had really good experiences with Lemonade in the past, especially with how fast they usually handle claims. So, I was pretty bummed when my claim ended up taking longer than I thought it would. I've bragged to my friends and other pet parents about how Lemonade gives out refunds on the same day, but that didn't happen this time.

Deodorant refill
Oh my gosh, that deodorant refill was amazing, but I totally couldn't figure out how to change it! I ended up sending them an email, and this super nice lady named Joy responded really quickly, even on a Sunday! She sent me a video to show me how to switch it out, and she even helped me out with another problem I was having. Joy is seriously the best! She really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!
