I was actually really impressed with how friendly and quick they were in fixing my issue. They were super nice and practical in handling everything, and they promised to send me a new speaker to replace the faulty one. I've been a customer with this company for a while now, and recently I had to file a pet insurance claim for my furry buddy. I've had really good experiences with Lemonade in the past, especially with how fast they usually handle claims. So, I was pretty bummed when my claim ended up taking longer than I thought it would. I've bragged to my friends and other pet parents about how Lemonade gives out refunds on the same day, but that didn't happen this time.
