defective shoe purchase
I bought some shoes from this company the other day, but the pair I got was made wrong. There was a glue stick poking out of the shoe that ended up stabbing my foot when I put them on. I contacted customer service about the problem, but they wouldn't cover the return costs, so it doesn't make sense for me to send back the messed-up shoe.
