Booking trouble in Amsterdam
I was really looking forward to our stay in Amsterdam, but things took a turn for the worse the night before we were supposed to check-in. We were in a panic because we still hadn't received all the check-in details, so I reached out to customer service. After waiting forever, they finally sent us the information, but then they went ahead and canceled our reservation out of the blue! They claimed our payment was suspicious, even though we already paid. To make matters worse, I couldn't even get through to anyone on their chat because my account was locked. When we tried calling the numbers they provided, they didn't work in Europe! The person on the phone was super rude, didn't offer an apology, and just kept saying he couldn't help. It was such a nightmare that we had to cancel our entire vacation because of this mess!
