Le Sienna bag, Le Compact, and Dalia bag
I've had really good experiences with this company so far. The Le Sienna bag I got in 2021 was stunning and even better quality than I expected. The delivery was super fast too, which was a nice surprise. Recently, I ordered a Le Compact and everything went smoothly. There was a delay with the Dalia bag, but the customer service team quickly responded to my email and gave me an update on my order status. They also told me when I could expect it to be ready. I really appreciate how open and communicative the Léo et Violette team is. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchases and the service I've received from this company.

Contact lenses purchase
I just bought some contact lenses at the eye doctor's office and it didn't go too smoothly. The whole process felt old-fashioned and slow, which ended up making me wait longer to get my order. The customer service didn't seem too concerned about my issues and didn't keep me in the loop very well. I depend on glasses and contacts to see, so it was really frustrating to have such a bumpy experience. I think they could definitely do better with how they handle orders and talk to customers.
