Anti-snoring device
I bought this anti-snoring gadget from the company, thinking it would help me sleep better. But, turns out, it didn't work for me, so I sent it back for a refund almost three months ago. Still haven't gotten my money back. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my refund, but no response from them. This whole lack of communication and slow refund process is really irritating and I'm not happy with their customer service at all.
