This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH….ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY THE WORST!!!! The items purchased were too small. It took to long too get information on where to return the items. They asked me questions about my body dimensions…they offered me a 2% refund and I could keep the items….they offered me a 10% refund to keep the items and I could donate them. This mess went back and forth for about a month. I finally threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau, my attorney and any other agencies to filed my complaint and/or lawsuit before they provided the address to return the items. We are talking about items totally under $100. They finally said that I had to pay for shipping the items back. Still, they wanted me to provide shipping information to them. My question to them was WHY? Why do you need the weight, the cost and other information about the shipping when you are not paying for the shipping cost? Please understand that I paid for the cost of having the items shipped to me…it didn’t cost them anything to ship the merchandise....but they were adamant about not refunding me the cost that I paid to have the items shipped…A MESS. Be AWARE this company and the less than poor services as it relates their return policy. Also, there is no number to call this company. This was my FIRST and LAST time purchasing anything from this company…if you can call it that!!! My rating for it is: LESS THAN ZERO!!!!
You just LITERALLY prevented me from ordering something from them! I came here to check the reviews and yours specifically caught my attention to read as it was so long. I knew then and there that HAD to be a TERRIBLE and truthful review so I read your comment first. And boy am I glad!!! Thanks!
