The ordering process and website is great, but the actual product is awful, ripped packaging, stains on the boxes and jewellery, cheap quality, overpriced for what I got, the backs of the earrings looked as if someone had used them, they were so worn out, the actual product was also broken and bent. Don't buy from here, there stuff looks nice, but it's only in the picture.

Please understand that once the package is with our shipping carrier, we do not have any control over the shipping process, It is very likely that your package was crushed during transportation or potentially opened by customs for inspection.
