Return shipping labels
I can't believe how incompetent Browns Fashion's customer service is! I've been waiting for weeks to get my DHL shipping labels for a return, and it seems like nobody there cares. I've emailed customer service multiple times, but haven't heard back at all. I've even called them three times, and I'm still waiting for those labels. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else. Seriously, Matches Fashion and Net-a-Porter are way better when it comes to being efficient and providing good customer service.
