Study guide purchase
I needed to get a study guide for school, and I thought I could make one payment for it. But then they ended up charging extra money from my card without my permission, and that really stressed me out, especially during the pandemic. I decided to send them an email, and someone named Nikki was super nice and returned my money. I was really relieved to get that help, so I am grateful for her. The study guide itself was helpful, so I suppose it's a good website overall, as long as you can navigate the payment process.
