Misinformation from bank
I didn't even request their service, but they somehow got my info from my bank, which was totally wrong. I'm a registered voter and always vote, but they had all the wrong details. When I asked them to fix it, they wouldn't own up to their mistake and told me to go through the hassle of proving it with documentation from the local council. Like, seriously? That's just absurd and so aggravating.

I had an awesome experience with this company. The customer service was amazing - a real person picked up the phone right away and guided me to exactly what I was looking for with a super friendly and positive attitude. It's really nice to find a company that cares about their customers. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
