Central air conditioning repair
I just got my central air fixed at home. The repair guy figured out I needed a new motor and said he'd order it. But then he disappeared without telling me when it'd arrive or when it'd be installed. I spent a week sweating buckets, trying to get info from customer service folks who didn't seem to know what was up. It took more than a week for the part to finally show up, leaving me without AC for way too long. I was super let down and annoyed by the whole lack of communication and slow progress.

Christmas gift purchase
I just bought a Christmas gift and the customer service was amazing. Even though it was a busy time of year, Caskers made sure everything was good with my order and let me know about any possible delays. They kept me updated and were very clear about everything.
