The merchandise is great quality, but you might need to go a size up. And let me tell you, DHL is a mess - they really dropped the ball. My son had to send back three shirts because they didn't fit right, but the return process was easy and he got his credit quickly. I got him a polo that came perfectly, even during the holiday chaos. But then I ordered a t-shirt and it was shipped through DHL and it was a total disaster. The package just sat in Georgia for days with no updates, and when I tried to contact DHL for help, they were useless.

I just shelled out extra cash for that fancy overnight shipping, fully expecting my stuff to show up on my doorstep the next day. But boy was I let down - my order didn't even ship until the day after, and then it took a whole five days to finally get to me. And even after I reached out about the delay, I got zero explanation, no refund, not a single apology. Man, talk about a bummer of an experience.
