Sweater purchase
This store has some really adorable clothes, but man, my last order was almost a total disaster. I bought a sweater but it ended up getting lost because of some address mix-up. I contacted customer service and they've been trying to fix the problem and sending me a new one. They've been pretty quick with their responses, but honestly, I shouldn't have had to go through all this trouble in the first place. Anyway, I finally got my hands on the sweater and it's cute, but dealing with all that was definitely not worth it.
