Satisfactory purchase but horrendous customer service
I just bought something from this company and I'm really upset with how they handled things. Their customer service was terrible and their return policy was just not fair. You'd expect better treatment from a company that sells expensive stuff. But nope, they let me down. I won't be buying from them again.
