Incomplete Audio
I bought a piece of music that only had a preview of the first page audio. I thought that buying it would also include the whole audio, but it didn't. I emailed customer service to see if I could get the full audio from the arranger, but never heard back from them. I was left feeling let down and annoyed by the lack of communication.

Cool ingredients and products
They explained all the details and were quick to answer my questions when I signed up. The product has been great! It shows you what you're getting, why it's personalized, and how to use it. I can easily add more shakes to my day. I'm excited to try it and stop worrying every month about buying my protein and collagen.
