Using this service was just so frustrating and unhelpful. I felt like I kept saying the same things over and over, and the back-and-forth with my assigned writer was just not great. Then, when I got the draft, it was all messed up with errors and totally didn't match what I gave them. I tried to talk about it, but no one ever got back to me. In the end, I just ended up doing my own resume because I was just so disappointed with what they did.
