Cancelled policies due to business closure
This company is a total scam, man. They're messing with their customers and won't cancel policies when asked. So I rang up on December 29th to cancel all my policies, right? 'Cause my business closed down. And guess what? A whole month later, it turns out they only cancelled one of them! I kept calling and begging them to cancel both my general and professional liability policies, but they just kept charging me without doing anything. Every time I called, they promised they'd take care of it, but then I'd wake up the next day and see more charges on my account. It's so messed up how they mess around with their customers and don't come through with what they say. They obviously care more about their money than keeping their customers happy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company if you want to save your time and cash, man.

Luxury cashmere sweater
The cashmere sweater I bought was seriously awful. It didn't look anything like the pictures online and felt super cheap. Trying to return it was a nightmare - they made it so difficult. I had to get my credit card company involved to finally solve the issue. Definitely steer clear of this place!

Bought some workout clothes
Don't buy from them, man. They told me my order would be delayed because of some technical problems, but it never even came. And they won't even respond to emails, like c'mon! If they're having issues, they should either stop taking orders or at least give us a heads up that it's gonna be a long wait. Don't fall for their scam, for real.
